By erroneous orders we mean for example futons that come back immediately, because a customer has ordered the wrong size or type or anything like that. The product remains untouched in its packaging and is therefore good as new, it just has already made an extra trip with our delivery vehicle.
These wares are labeled (N ...) and get between 10% and 25% off depending on type and size.
The same is true for internal errors, i.e. accidental duplicates or wrongly sized wares, and for orders that were canceled last minute between fabrication and delivery. We don't just leave them lying in storage until the next customer orders those sizes, but put them here labeled with (N ...) and marked 10% to 20% off.
Returns -labeled with (R ...)- are products that were delivered and used for a few days. Such futons are generally overhauled by us until they are good as new. But good-as-new isn't new, so we take 20% to 30% off the usual price.
In some cases when the product is still excellent, we leave it as is and add it here with between 25% and 40% off depending on type and size.
Then there are also our sustainables. Where we make use of offcuts, for example turning three 50cm pieces of latex into one 150cm piece. This prevents wasting valuable materials and doesn't impact quality at all!
No one throws out such material pieces, generally they get used everywhere. We're not talking about scrap shavings, but bigger cuts. We declare such products, because we feel an obligation to product transparency and offer 10% to 20% off, depending on size and kind of product.
Those are labeled with (S ...), which in some cases just means Special offer.
